Old and New PCI green label holders?

Forgive me from jumping over here on the coin side. I hang out on the U.S Currency forum, one of the Dark Siders!

I have just found out the hard way that there is two PCI green holders. The old PCI green label holders had much more conservatively graded coins than the new holder. There are a good number of sellers are touting the new (less conservatively graded coins)green label for the old one! They just don't show the back of the holder with the smaller bar code.
I just had a seller on eBay tell me that only the Gold labels were the New PCI holders. This jurk also is selling a good number of Merc. dimes and Buffalo's in the new green label holders! Of course, He also isn't showing the back of the holder either...
