I'll have you know that the 1804 dollar looks great on there, and the other coins, too. I put the gold ones on my hat.

They even gave me the cigar box they came in.

I had to make an exception to my usual "never drill your own holes" rule in this case, so I added a little ventilation. Now they can breathe a lot better, and they swing around and jingle-jangle so nicely when I walk around.

Siam is now Thailand (same country name was changed in 1932 when the government was changed to a Constitutional Monarchy) and they do still have a King. King Rama IX who is a decendant of the Siamese Kings.

The set has been sold privately at least twice, and sold at auction at least twice as well.

Actually, if memory serves correctly, he gave the set away - did not sell it or auction it.
