    Hey, be careful. Although I'm from Illinois, I live in Minnesoooota, which is close to Canada. So close that some people try to spend Canadian money here.

    also, NGC Ultra Cameos can be very very frosty.... again very cold...... brrrrrr..........
    good luck in finding a coin with more frost then this one, although I have a freshly graded 1962 pr67dcam coming back from PCGs that may just top this one...

    Marty grabbed a nice error '62 proof set there. I've heard that the mint made some upside-down envelopes, but most of these were caught before they were released. This is the first 'proof' I've seen that they exist.image
