Need some help grading a $5 1887-S Liberty Head $5 Gold Piece

Could someone take a look at these pictures who is familiar with gold and give me an idea of the grade? Does it looked cleaned and I'll get a body bad if I try to slab it? Thanks in advance....

    It does look cleaned and I think you would get it bagged at PCGS.

    Oh yeah, very badly cleaned and I question whether it is real or not as their appears to be tiny lumps and pits throughout the coin. Take it to a coin show and get a few opinions if is counterfiet. mike
