Do you guys ever have problems getting the system to respond?

Or am I just a moe-ron?

  • Yes, all the time. I used to think it was my internet connection lagging until I started seeing others complain about it.

Yes all the time, sometimes I can't respond to messages, and the worst part of the system is search, it is basically useless unless you're doing a very simple title-only query.
  • it's probably time they beefed up their server. With all of the grading fees - they can handle that. Right David?

It's the poe thread causing it. I don't think it has ever had to deal with that many messages in one topic. They should delete it. image

It's truly funny, no make that truly sad, that people in this day and age are so wrapped up in their own little world that they refuse to try and teach someone else the correct or accepted way of doing things.

Jeff....I'm starting to like you. I sense a certain quality of "aliveness" about you.

Do you have a motorcycle? A Japanese bike? Yes, it's getting clearer. I see a license plate frame on it. "Your Harley Sucks".....I like that. You are adventursome.

I think though, that he is not trying to be subtle. He likes my threads.

  • On a daily basis and getting worse!

    Oh no. Don't do that.

I've lost four or five really long posts and dozens of short ones. Now I just copy them
before I hit "reply to thread" or sometimes right after. If it takes longer than Ten or twelve
seconds then it will probably lose the post after about a minute.

Interestingly, my connection at work is on a T1 line and behind a tight firewall, but I never seem to get hung up. At home, my connection is a DSL line and I have pretty good security, but I get hung up when I hit the back button after viewing more than 3 posts. This doesn't seem to happen on any other websites. And here I thought I was the only one with problems.
