What should I do??

I was high bidder on ebay for a lot in the Superior live auction. I have contacted them twice now trying to find out if I was outbid in any of the other venues that they had the lot listed in and have gotten no response. How long should I allow for them to get back to me and what kind of feedback should I leave if they don't?
