Question on the E-bay Barber Half

Here's the question: This half appears to have the same "satin" look to it that a whizzed coin will have. It's a dull even lustrous appearance. Any ideas?

Definite harshly cleaned. May even be a baking soda job.

In my opinion the coin has been cleaned. Upon close inspection you would probably see hairlines up the wazoo. Whether it has been whizzed, I couldn't say for sure. Cleaned with hairlines it is still worth something. Whizzed, it is a useless slug.

Looks like a cleaned EF grade coin to me. Bidding is running in that area too.

Definitely cleaned. Even so, this guy paid $202.00 for a 1902-S CLEANED borderline XF40. I paid $200.00 for the original UNCLEANED 1902-S borderline XF40 in my set. Methinks this Ebay buyer done got a raw deal.
