Display Message Posts in Descending Order -- Usability Tip

Several people with whom I have spoken were not aware that you can set an option in your user profile to display messages posted to threads in either ascending or descending order.

I find it more convenient to display message posts in descending order so that the most recent ones are on top, and are easier to access in long threads.

I thought that this usability tip may help out a lot of folks...

I tried it both ways--ascending works best for me--particularly when there are already a number of posts. With ascending you get the originators' original thought, question, etc. before all the answers, WAGS, IMOs, etc. But thanks for the tip!
