    What a joke. But if someone will pay . . .

    For the record, Canadian proof coins weren't made until 1980 or so. That coin is a Specimen. I don't understand why PCGS and NGC continue to call these coins Proof even after being told they aren't.

    BTW, I have a 1972 Dollar that looks a lot better than that coin. You can have it for $200. image

    Pretty toning no matter if it's a proof or a specimen. It just looks too perfect for me. Could it have be made artificially?

    It's pretty, and most probably natural toning, but for those I go to our friendly neighborhood shroom (who just turned 46, if you hadn't heard....), and get them at more down-to-earth prices.

    Definately natural toning. They tone like that from the foam in the cases they were issued in.
