I'm referring to the slab in this auction not the coin. If it isn't, then I didn't know PCGS slabbed without giving a grade. The reverse emblem appears to be PCGS and it appears to be an older style green label. It just doesn't look kosher to me.

No, it's a real lincoln cent. Those were made by PCGS.

It was from Scott Travers coin collector kit according to David Hall and not a cereal box. It is a sample slab listed on my website.
