Does Bowers & Merena own Teletrade?

If you visit B&M and look under their "FEATURED COIN" section on the left hand side of their homepage, a link to NACTcoin is given along with the comment that NACTcoin is B&M's sister company.

Furthermore, many of the coins listed on Teletrade are sold by NACTcoin implying that Teletrade and NACTcoin are the same company.

Are all of these companies one and the same?

Technically, I believe Greg Manning Auctions, Inc. is the owner of Spectrum, Teletrade, NACT and B&M. In addition, they own Kingswood Coin Auctions and some stamp companies.

Cameron- One guy does not own all these companies. Greg Manning Auctions is a publicly traded company. You can also be an owner of all these companies if you go buy some of the stock.

They're all located in the same office building complex in Orange County, CA.

Isn't Greg Manning Auctions, spectrum, teletrade, B&M all owned by some Spanish company? I belive I read that in Coin World when B&M was sold by Collectors Universe earlier this year.
