Looks kind of dull for a BU to me. I happen to have a gorgeous, shiny 1892 sitting in front of me with cleaning scars that was bodybagged by PCGS. I wouldn't bid this one up over what the high bid currently is ($103 at the time I write this) for this piece. I paid around 125-150 for mine, and it's a would be 66-67 piece if not for the scratches.
They are using the old trick of putting the coin in front of a piece of glass to try and make the coin reflect better and appear more lusterous. Coin is AU at best and strong BB candidate.
