1902-O Morgan PCGS ms/61 in an old rattler type holder. White coin with an overall look better than the assigned grade. One decent sized hit on the jaw does it, but it's not a gouge. Overall a decent unc. example. $30dlvd. ***SOLD***
1934-d Peace $ PCGS au/58 Real pretty soft violet color at the rims with champagne centers. Looks unc. to me, and I may give this one a go on a regrade. Better date with better eye appeal. $95dlvd.
1878-s Morgan NGC ms/62 Phenomenal obverse color. Nevermind the fact that this coin looks ms/63, how it didn't grab a star designation at the 62 grade is beyond me (do they not give the * out for grades lower than ms/63?). Cranberry, violet, gold, green and blue color flashes nicely over seemingly PL surfaces. This coin is great, and not a common date to find with color like this. $325 dlvd.
1925-s California 50c Commem. NGC ms/64 AMAZING COLOR! A few members saw this coin today, and I can assure you that this coin will not disappoint. Rose/violet centers working towards blue/green color and finally orange/gold tones at the rim. OBv. and rev. toned and just beautiful with fantastic luster. Housed in an older, "thicker" NGC holder. ***OFF TO NGC FOR REGRADE***
1919 25c NGC ms/61 Just back from NGC, and the assigned grade is a joke. A well struck example with original gold/auburn highlights. Great luster and eye appeal. A full shield (I think that's more important than a FH, but that's for another discussion) and what sure looks to be a Full Head. $165 dlvd.
1927-d 5c NGC ms/63 Another one just back from NGC. A better date that has a better than average strike, good luster and some gold, rose and medium auburn tones on the obverse and light orange/gold color on the reverse. A nice example for this date. $250 dlvd.
For those toning lovers on a budget, here's a cool looking Jefferson nickel with an Appalachian hoard look to it. The obverse has rainbow hues against yellow color throughout. Lustrous and pretty. The reverse has a bluish/gray color in the centers and framed by yellow and auburn colors at the rim. The only problem is this coin may not be unc. I'll call it au/58-ms/61 but regardless, it's pretty. For $25 dlvd. it should be a good coin for someone.
Any questions/interest, PM or post below.
Thanks!
