From the picture it's a 63 or 64 depending on the luster....I'm leaning toward 63.

Unless of course there's a hint of rub, and the coin is in a 58 holder. Just can't tell for sure from an image.

What a shame if it's in a 65 holder. The rev. is marked to heck, although the obv. is sharp.

MS63, maybe 64. The coin has some significant marks on the reverse. If it's graded higher, it should be reviewed by PCGS.

Ok folks- here is your answer:

Ridiculous! There is NO WAY that this coin is a 66. The numerous marks on the reverse preclude it from anything higher than 63 in my opinion. Given I haven't seen it in person, but there are far too many marks for a 66.

You're right Hoot- they should be ashamed of that one. I really like David Lawrence Coins, but this one at $94 is a far cry from reasonable. No discredit to DLRC at all, but I will pass on this one!

Well, the picture IS a scan so to give it the benefit of the doubt it "could" have nicer luster than it seems. A 66 seems a bit too high given those marks on the Buffs back and the slightly weak strike of the Buffs shoulder however. I dunno...that coin would have to have BLAST luster to be in a 66 holder....that is pushing it a bit...

But wait...I thought PCGS never overgraded coins. lol
