I don't believe so conder101. They are thicker than a normal quarter and I think are struck on their own blanks and not a US quarter.

Cam, look closely at the image you posted. You can still see the undertype. It was struck on a Maine quarter. On the obverse you can see the original IN GOD above and to the left of the overstruck image. On the reverse you can see the undertype date 1840 running through the young womans feet, the three rays from the lighthouse through her bottom, the ship can be seen running from Clintons chest down his body to the tree, and the railing around the bottom of the lighthouse can be seen running from the B in BIRTHPLACE up into the branches above.
Are you sure it's not Clinton saying "Oh god" on the reverse??
