Opinions on this '38 Jefferson ?

Does it look like it's been cleaned ?
I'm looking for a nice '38 Jeff for my type set but don't want something that will bother me everytime i look at it. (i guess i kinda answered my own question)

'38's are very plentiful in high grade, so I would wait for a better example.
