PR69 DCAM morgan is the closest I've seen, as far as I can remember.

Yes. There is a very early copper graded MS70.

There is a large cent 1790 somthing that graded MS69 as well as several Morgans. No MS70 that I know of.

Its a wreath cent in PCGS MS-69. Last I saw it: J. Parrino, The Mint LLC. owned it.

It's a 1793 Wreath Cent, and it is graded MS70 by the REAL early copper graders.
