Can't grade a coin without seeing both sides but the obverse looks PR-67DCAM.

Picture is a little fuzzy. I agree that you can not grade without seeing the reverse. However the obverse looks 66-67 CAM (assuming there are no hairlines). The frost shown in the picture shows breaks, thus no DCAM designation. Nice looking coin, probably looks much better in hand.
