Is this one too far gone to be slabbed?

Trying this post again. Sorry
Is this cent too far gone to be slabbed. It looks OK but from the picture there might be a pit, and a scratch that would body bag it?
I don't think cleaning would be a problem, not enough left for dirt to collect on.

    It would get a body bag for cleaned, re-toned and perhaps "environmental damge."

    I've seen worse pieces than this which did not have a readable date. If it were smooth and brown, it could be graded. It would get an AG-3.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
