Aren't All Proof Silver Eagles MS69DCAM+ ?

This may sound like a silly question, but if I sent my new-in-box, direct from the mint proof silver eagles to PCGS for grading, what are the chances that it would come back in a grade of less than PR69DCAM (I meant to say "PR" in the title) ?

Is it worth sending these guys out for grading?

Ever since HRH was questioned on the topic and said on the forum that he felt that about 2% of modern proofs were 70's the pops went from a handful of 70's a year to an explosion of 70's. Looking back on the pops you will find the explosion took place sometime in 2003.

I don't think so. They are nice coins to view and collect, but if you look at the populations, there are tons of 69s for bullion and proof SAEs, thus I see no point in spending your capital to add a few more coins to a population that already has thousands of individuals. Remember the bulk submitters get reduced slabbing rates, so if you really want a slabbed proof eagle, you will save both time and money buying them already slabbed.
