Actually, they owe me two free grdings for my previous submossion and three for this one. Maybe thats how they want us to use them. They grade low hoping that we resubmit!
It's a nice album coin, but it's not a resubmit. The reverse is too light. If they cam it in 68, it won't pay for itself. There appears to be a small tick in front of the forehead that kept it in an 8 holder. I sold the coin below for $45 on Ebay last week graded PR68 Dcam. The services are rightly very strict on the 70, because some of them are full white Dcams. The coin I've pictured is OK for the designation, but not heavy. JMO
