Trade Dollar

Been looking for a common date certified trade dollar. Does this look like a safe bet

ebay

The seller's low feedback worries me a little

Thanks

appears to be a good deal at the opening bid, don't know what it will close at.

is that what you want your trade dollar type coin to look like? does it "match" your other type coins?

  • Looks fine to me--as Baley said it's not going to be $79 too long. Its in an older PCI green holder and looks very nice--except for the reverse spots. Checked his other auctions and he seems to be very up and up. No questions asked refund policy and good descriptions of the coins. Look at his raw 1877 IHC--he's very clear about what's wrong with it.

  • Thanks, Last years redbook has it at $145. Just wanted to get some opinions before i put my bid in.

    Thanks
  • I'm not sure but the back looks kinda cleaned.
