Hi my name is Murph and I'm from southern Indiana. Been interested in coins ever since I found out you could search through rolls of pennies and if you find the right one, you could go buy a ton of candy with it. That was way back in the very early sixties and I was helping my dad and his brother increase their collections. I'm 53 years old now and have my own small coin collection to manage. And I still occasionally search a $25-box or two of rolled cents when I get the notion. I buy and sell a few BU & Proof Lincolns on EBay. I have a White's IDX metal detector and have been seen at some public places legally digging up indian head pennies mostly, but also silver dimes and quarters.
I have a zillion questions, but will save them for later, I'm only introducing myself at the moment. You've got a very good forum here and I'd like to become a member. Cheers
