I also especially like the 93! With the 89, is there some greenish toning or something on the lower part of the obverse- or is that just a lighting issue??

  • Sweet...my 89 looks a lot like that one....

If you are talking about the spot in the hair above the 9 in the date, that is just light reflecting off a spot of wear.

You guys were pretty good on these. The 89-CC is a VF30, the 93-CC is a XF40.
  • THAT 93 IS SUPERBLY ORIGINAL,DEFINITELY THE WAY YOU WANT EM...
  • Excellent pick ups Eric! image

I really like both of these for their original look. The 89 has the typical circulated gray look, and the 93 has some pretty decent toning for a circulated coin. These two leave my set short only two coins, the 93-S and 94. With the kind of money we are talking about here, I am being very picky. So many of these better dates have been molested finding originals is tough.
  • Nice.

I just noticed Frank's new icon. What happened to the pug? And what is that icon? Kind of looks like Mr. Potatohead.

the 1893-cc looks great...the strike looks alittle flat, however, if it was graded ef40, that was obviously considered...
