I feel sorry for the people bidding on this coin. Look at the name of the company PGSGrading. It's sad that the seller does his best to confuse the buyer by talking about PCGS in his auction.

PGS = "Professional Grading Service." They dropped the word "Coin" all together. With good reason, as "PGS" must professionally grade Beanie Babies or something else.

Ebay should do something about sellers quoting the PCGS price guide and population figures in auctions for non PCGS coins. Of course he's a power seller so ebay won't do anything.
