Is there any way to tell from the coin certification number when it was slabbed? Thanks.

12 varieties and 2 subvarieties
1st small size holder 1986-89
2nd slab within a frame off white label Sept-Nov 1989
3rd Slab within frame doilie pattern label Dec 1989
4th green non color stable label serial number starts to left of barcode 1990-mid 1995
5th stable green label serial number start to right of edga of barcode Mid 1995 - Nov 1998
6th light blue label, no coin or series numbers Nov 1998- Jan 1999
6th first sub variety Coins with multiple types for one date (bicentennial dollar etc) listed as T1, T2 etc Nov 1998
6th second subvariety Same but now expressed as Type 1, Type 2 etc Dec 1998
7th same as 6 but date is below grade Only used on bullion, commems, and modern commems Nov 1998 to Mar 2002. Classic commems changed to 8th type in mid 2001.
8th series and coin numbers added Jan 1999 to Mar 2002
9th Same as 8, bar code moved to front label Mar 2002 to date
10th same as 7th but with barcode on front label Mar 2002 to date
11th Same as 7 but with waving flag label Late 2001 but not sure of actual dates. Only used for one dealers submissions.
12th Large Regency slab 1992 to 1995
