ar18, Please accept my condolences. I haven't lost a parent yet, but nearly lost one to cancer 4 years ago. That was hard enough. God bless her and your family. Brian
I would like to send a sincere thanks to eveyone. If anyone ever says there is no good people left, just tell them to come to this board. The funeral was very respectful and comforting. The Marine Corps gave her a proper burial and I APPRECIATE ALL THE SUPPORT!! God Bless!
<< <i>I know I am new to the boards, but this morning my mother lost a long battle to cancer, it is rough because you never expect this, even though you knew it would. She was a wonderful woman, a teacher and always encouraged me to pursue my coin hobby along with others. I will always remember here coming home with beat up morgan and a dirty horseblanket not which I will be putting to rest with here on Monday. I don't know if this belongs on the boards or not and I do not care, I do however ask for you prayers for her tonight no matter what you religion? I am glad there are so many good people on this board!
Best Regards

I'm so sorry Jeff.... I know exactly what you feel and what you went thru.........
As I stood by and watched this dreaded disease literally eat my mother alive, till her breath was no more....
But my mother made a committment to a certian Man, and He promised her life....
My Momma is now in the presence of Majesty beyond description, and my Momma wears a crown that was given to her from this nice Man....
Blessed be the Name above all Names, Jesus the Christ!

This one sums it all Jeff...............it took God 6 days to make this earth as it is and 2004 years to make a home for your mom. This being so,this must be like living in a garbage can compared to what's going on up there!
have peace in this!
