Here's a new 1882 PCGS MS-64 (PQ) that I purchased this evening on TeleTrade. I liked the strong mint luster, strike of the coin and the clean fields. It looked PQ to me for an MS-64, and the price jumps 7x from $50 in MS-64 Ask to $340 in MS-65 Bid...

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I"ve got an 86 that I dug out of a $10 box at a local dealer that went 65--looked a lot like this one.
