Fun with slabs.

Yeh, yeh, they got COINS in em, but so what?

It's the SLABS that need some visionary planning for enjoyment.

I submit for consideration:

a. Shuffling slabs. Get good like the guys on the Poker Tournament and impress everyone at the show.

b. Hiding them at Easter. The SLAB BUNNY. Take turns. Try not to lose the chain cent.

c. Lagging slabs. Coins will be safe and the slabs will take on an "expert's" look.

d. Slab SCRIMSHAW. Why settle for ordinary SCRATCHES? Use some talent and imagination and have a work of art.

e. A "slab snap." See how far turned in the slab you can get the coin by repeatedly SNAPPING it in a rotary motion.

f. Drill for keychain. I....think....slabs will float and save your keys while boating (at least for a few minutes)

g. Build a house of slabs. Like cards....only noisier when they all fall down.


Any other ideas?

I think I'd use something a bit less valuable such as a Modern.

Slab golf.
Slab hockey.
Jai-aslab.
Slab skipping (as in skipping a stone across a lake).
Slab tennis.
