I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Sure, I just have to find the time to really start imaging my toned set. The 22-D I posted is now in my B set since I upgraded to a NGC MS65*

    The first is a 1922 - d MS64. The second is a 1922 - D MS63. The third is a 1921 VG VAM 3. VAM 3 is described as: High Relief Design. Re-cut ray runs thru 1st "L" in DOLLAR. Apparently a unique re-engraved working die.

I sold off a bunch of my C set. Yes that's right I had triplicates of some of the more common dates. Now I only keep the coins I really like.

    It really is a addiction.

One of these days. I'm just really picky about the pics. These are hard coins to capture the color on and I want the pics to be as close to perfect as possible. Once I have completed the set I'll probably post 56 pics for everyone to see. It might burnout some modems though. image

I agree Peaceman....let's see the grades on those. That first picture looks KILLER!
    Prost!

Why step over the dollar to get to the cent? Because it's a 55DDO.

Ok Bailey -- here's one more for you from the A Set. I really liked how this one came out.

You don't find many 27-Ds with any color, no less rim toned obverse and pastel toned reverse.

It crossed from PCGS MS64 to NGC MS64. I might have to try this one for an upgrade or a * at the next Long Beach.

Yeah well I would have bought this one -- but for the $4750 price tag.

This is by far the most toned 1928 Peace $ I have ever seen. I saw it in person in Long Beach and the coin really has terrific luster to boot.

Very nice set. From the scans they look to be original coins that have never been dipped or played with. I love the originality of your set. It's sometimes hard to find that in higher grade Peace $ since it seems that everyone dips them out at one point of another.
