No, and it would cost more to send them to PCGS than they are worth, even if they wouldn't be bodybagged for being cleaned.
This is what an uncirculated gem Morgan should look like, and this is what is worthy of slabbing for a common date
notice the eagle has breast feathers and the hair detail above the ear
if your Morgans were 1893-S or some other key, it would be worth sending to ANACS (PCGS will bag them), but they are relatively common issues in circulated.

If the sale price was just a random guess at a coin's value, not an attempt to rip you off and the seller values the friendship, hopefully you can show them this thread and they'll agree that you shouldn't have paid even 15-20% of what you did. If they're really a friend and they didn't intend to hose you, they'll take the coins back or at least refund the difference between what you paid and what they are worth (I'd say $30 is reasonably fair in that case).
