    Coins with cleaning marks / damage:

    Yes - greater of Face Value or melt.

    If the clad dimes, quarters, halves and dollars that are found with metal detector are not cleaned the bank will not accept them for folding money. The rock tumbler is a great tool for the metal detectorist who wants to spend his or her clad finds.
