How long did it take for PCGS to mail your free Book and Submission forms?

I called PCGS and became a Gold Level member on July 22nd. They said it would take 5-7 days to ship me my book and free submissions.

If I don't get anything on Monday, it'll have been 9 shipping days. Did it take this long or longer for anyone else? I'm just anxious to get my freebies submitted.

I chose the coin instead. But it took nearly two weeks for them to arrive.

5-7 days to ship or 5-7 days to arrive? There is a difference.
