I also received the newest CoinWorld news print. It states a Collector in the Fort Lauderdale area found one, and there is some pics. The whole Obverse is doubles and the numbers especially show the doubeling.

I'm gonna be looking for them

Front page of Coin World Aug 2nd edition. Check for the doubling on the upright of the of 4 and especially as notching at the end of the crossbar, and on the end of the 2 at the base.
