Why would you want to send a coin it to either ????
(scratching my head)
A few years back I'd probably say ICG ... If I had to make a choice ..

ICG. I like the "Mae West" slab design.
Interesting. Maybe a poll would've been good for this one. I don't know that much about either service but I'd go with ICG for their
Intercept Shield holder. My biggest numismatic concern is preservation, not to mention that coins look good in black!
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I have seen SO much garbage in icg slabs, 1846 .10 icg grade vf35, saw it cracked, walked to pcgs, graded f15. Although i didnt agree with PCGS on this instance, the icg grade was ridiclous. The coin was a nice vf20/25. Concerning, SEGS. You can search my posts from LOOONG ago and tell ive always been a fan of SEGS. Almost all my varities are in SEGS. Big fan of Briggs here

I don't do slabs, though, just so you know. I do have some ANACS and old PCI slabbed coins, but I was buying the coins when I bought them without regard for the plastic.
I'd choose SEGS for my slabbing if I chose to do it, just because they don't make the foolish mistakes that other third party grading companies do.
For instance?
Ok, in the very recent past on this board it has been pointed out where both ANACS and NGC have slabbed the common 1866-S dime as the rare 1866.
Can anyone point to a SEGS coin where this has happened?
Show the board members proof if you have it. Don't just run your mouth putting down SEGS without some proof.
I know Larry Briggs, and he's one of the most knowledgeable numismatics around.
