Anyone know what this toned Commem is?

I have a City of Hawthorne, California...Chamber of Commerce commemorative coin. it celebrates the 3rd annual Coin Expo on October 28, 29, and 30, 1966. See the pics. I am not sure its silver, but judging by the toning i am thinking it is. Awsome original Toning, got it from my friend who lived out there when it was going on.... I think she is a monster commem....imho

Anyone know anything about these. I am either going to sell it or trade it, but would love to know about it first.

    I think its actually unrefrigerated Brie, but I cant confirm that.

    Hoakie coin show coin IMO Cool toning though. I'll give you a shiny wheat penny for it. Just dipped it and scrubbed it this morning.image
