Face facts, PCGS is the standard by which we grade coins......Most comments are knit picking whining......Overall, no company grades as well as PCGS....but they could grade a little faster

No sh!t!! That's about the "truth" over there, at least as far as one regular "contributing" member is concerned! I enjoy the openess of both sides as regarding coin comments, pics, show reports, and learning experiences within both forums concerning this "nobel hobby of kings" that we all enjoy. Coins are coins, we each have our likes and dislikes, and that carries over to the respective grading companies too! In regards to "PCGS" bashing, I think most of it is aimed toward the long turnaround times. I haven't had any real long delays, but then I don't submit that much to either place. (though that may change here in the next 6 months. ) I think people have a right to gripe a bit in that regard, although it is understandable that when a place grades as many coins as this place does, things tend to get slow. Just human nature to gripe when things don't go soon enough on something we are anxiously awaiting for.
"I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, I won't be laid a hand on; I don't do these things to other people, I require the same from them."
I don't know if it's a bash PCGS roundtable, but I do think it's completely understandable for a customer to voice their opinion when the vendor is not living up to their service offering.

While I agree there are a few who do not view PCGS in a positive light on the NGC boards, there are also people on this board who bash NGC nonstop. All is relative and for the most part both boards are very objective. There are very knowledge people on both boards from which we can all learn, provided we take the time to listen.
Dragon, Many people here seem to be mistaking "bashing" for discussing problems. PCGS is not perfect. If there are issues (which many members seems to constantly have) and they are not discussed, then we all will suffer in the long run. I've lurked on these boards for months now. It seems that when anyone starts something constructive, members here tend to make it destructive. We all know PCGS never makes mistakes! Right?

Dragon, I think you are oversimplifying matters. Personally, I've never bashed PCGS in all of the time I've been on these boards.
I've had issues re their grading of copper with respect to color and their copper guarantee (about which no one at PCGS ever responded to me), and I still have issues with PCGS regarding the crossing of NGC coins.
That being said, customer service has always been helpful. With exception of the copper guarantee question above, whenever I've had a question regarding the grading of coins (or about anything else, for that matter), I've always received prompt responses. Whenever I've submitted coins, turn around times have always been met.
And in the overwhelming majority of cases, when I've seen a slabbed PCGS coin, I have not had a problem with its assigned grade.
