In many more recent series, more than a hint of toning [but not enough to be considered colored] is a liability and will reflect in the price realized.
The luster on the first one seems to leave a lot to be desired. You can buy a blazing MS66 with marks seen only under a glass for less than half the price realized. Except for the registry crowd, who'd want to own a subdued MS67 at more than twice the price over an MS66 dripping with luster?

Many possibilities.
