Stupid Coin Collection From My Grandad's Estate

Hi,

Personally, I wouldn't use the word "stupid" in one of my auctions however....

Interesting story behind the stupid auction...

When my loving grandfather was on his death bed wacked up on morphine he had no idea he was signing away my finacial security!image

  • He and a reasonably smart estate lawyer could have contested the will if he had the original will and proof the grandfather was in no mental condition to sign the new will. But, that is water under the damn. Sounds like his parents were not looking out for him.

If it's for real, I feel sorry for this guy. I don't think I want that "Stupid Collection" though.

This guy should just consolidate his bills or go to a financial planner or something like that.

Excuse me for being cynical but what does his Grandfather have to do with his financial security?

And for someone who doesn't know the value of what he's got, the reserve is not met at $88. and I don't think it is even worth that.

I have to say if his grandfather wanted him to have it. then why in the h ll would he sell it to pay off some dept.Sounds like he needs to grow up and get on with his life.

A very professionally laid-out auction for an eBay newbie.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

Agreed. I doubt the story is true, and the stuff listed is worth very little.

I doubt it. Working 80 hours per week, he'd hardly have had any time to go to classes, much less get As in them.

    SCAM!!!
