OT: question about ebay non paying bids

Just curious if anyone knows. I accidentally forgot to pay for an auction with the birth of my child. Got too caught up in that event. Well I caught a non paying bidder for it(understandable). I was wondering if I somehow caught another one would I be suspended from ebay? Thanks

I think 3 non-pays and they suspend you. I think.

Thanks for that confirmation! Will this one I recently got be wiped out over time. Say like a year or two? I hate having this on my record.

No I guess not. I guess negatives are more pressing than this since no one, but the seller knows about the NPB. I wouldn't think if you caught your third 10 years after your first that they'd cancel your account.

-Obviously you've never had to chase the deadbeats. One NPB allowance is too much IMO.

Actually I have dealt with deadbeat bidders, but I think 2-3 or even 4 years later if you have one it should be wiped out.

Talk to the seller. If you can still complete the transaction he can have the NPB retracted. (I too have forgotten auctions and I caught an NPB. I setled up with the seller and he had the NPB pulled.)

When did this happen? Have they filed the FVFC yet? If the answers are "recently" and "no," is it still an option to complete the sale and throw yourself on the good graces of the seller to remove the NPB?
