In Braddick's Thread. There were two auctions with the same kind of photography going on and the same kind of valuable Saints.
victor_nicolaev00 was selling a '23-D Saint. (but it was a pic of a '22 Saint.)
Picture from victor_nicolaev00 auction:
euiheon_chung was selling a 1907 Saint.
Picture from euiheon_chung auction:
I contacted Victor_nicolaev00 and inquired about the 1907 Saint, which euiheon_chung was selling. Now it doesn't take a genius to figure out that if Victor replied to me with information about the 1907 saint, or even an offer for me to buy it from him, the other seller, euiheon and victor had to be the one in the same. Here are the details of the emails I sent and recieved from victor_nicolaev00.
I emailed victor_nicolaev00 this question:
This is a very beautiful 1907 $20 Gold Saint. How much are you expecting it to bid up to? I am really thinking about purchasing it from you. Do you have a return policy? Thank you, please reply soon. -BK
Now remember, He was supposed to be selling the 23-D saint. euiheon was selling the 1907.
I recieved this reply today:
hi,
i expect to get $1,500 for it. are you bidding on it? if you're sure you want to buy it i could sell it to you before the auction ends for $1,500. unfortunately i don't have a return policy, but i'm sure you won't be disappointed
thanx
I know this doesn't come as a surprize for most of you, but for the newbies, this guy could be devastating. Personally, I wouldn't trust this guy.

The evidence you provide is not conclusive, but it is good enough to go the grand jury.

Why step over the dollar to get to the cent? Because it's a 55DDO.
Cindy has a post with the ANA reporting scam auctions on Ebay link.... that would be a good place to complain.
