Grading opinions wanted on a Buffalo 5¢

Just wondering what the experts would grade this one...the only concern I have is the strike, though I don't know if this is a typical, above avg, or below avg. strike for the date (the books are en route as we speak)...I've angled the lighting to exaggerate the few hits that do exist...
The red streaks you see are artifacts apparantly, because I don't see them on the coin itself.

And I agree that the coin has more of a dipped or AU luster...I can't really tell. Maybe it's just the picture.
I think it's a solid MS64.
