You might not like what Russ has to say but in this case I think he is 100% on the mark. I think when you get the coins back and objectively look at them your going to see PCGS isn't the problem.
Seems like you are better off buying slabbed coins - then you are sure of getting the grade you expect to get (otherwise I trust you would plop down the cash).
Don't be so quick to kill the messenger. I've had a similar experience with NGC (who can be considered equivalent to PCGS imo) where a fresh group of raw MS seated coins were sent to them following auction. Out of about 10 coins they got 70% of them WRONG imo. Dead wrong. On resubmission of those 70% a few months later, 5 of the 7 coins went up a point or MORE. On average, the group went up 1 PT average for a doubling in the "listed" value. You can certainly say from this that NGC blew the submission and 2 very diff sets of standards/graders were applied to them. NGC...nor PCGS has the experience they had 15 years ago, to get the consistency that we all should get for our money.

and my opinion is that the store bought t*ts in your auctions are really funny looking. ... Did you actually pay someone to have that done??
He won't listen to anyone and knows more than PCGS. They are hiring world class graders. You might want to apply.

As long as you feel PCGS is undergrading your coins, your decisions are relatively simple. Wait till you get back a few you think are overgraded.
