Yup, that's a scam.
The best way to be sure is... if you happen to click the link and hit a log in screen... just type some random letters, like:
USER NAME: ldskfjlksdflksdflj
PASSWORD: jdsljfdlkjsdflkj
and press enter....
If made up letters lets you into the next page, where you're asked for your age, address, birthday, blood type etc, etc... it's a scam for sure.
Obviously, the best way is to delete the email but, sometimes it's hard to be sure... the above trick will confirm if the email is real or not.
