Yes, especially in the older rattler holders. These are fairly easy to straighten out just by moving the slab in a circular motion (like waxing a car).
Usually it's the small coins that move. Currently the two that drive me crazy the most are my 1797, 15 star half dime in an NGC AU-53 holder and my 1949 Open Wreath gold dollar in a PCGS MS-64 holder. Around and around they go, and it drives me nuts.
