What are my chances of making a profit from submiting coins I cherrypicked to Anacs and getting a profit out of it?

Depends on the coins, their grades and what you paid for them and what you sell them for.

Depends on the coin. The demand has to be there, if you cherry a variety that no one wants and then you payed to have it slab you might lose money but if you got a popular variety it could earn you a decent sum.

I think there is an opportunity to profit by slabbing raw coins.

If you can find lower grade, problem free raw early classic coins get them into a PCGS or NGC slab and sell them. I think there is a large pent up demand for them and they have been too low grade (cheap) to be slabbed in the past.
