Buyer beware but... this HURTS the hobby, and the value of our collections!

Hello,
I have been watching and reading for a while... why is nothing done about this seller on Ebay?
There are so many numerous complaints of him selling counterfeit coins, and this one here is not original or authentic:
Ebay Auction
He's still not admitting that are not real, but on his new auctions, like the one above, he now says "buying the token" ... who would knowingly pay over $50.00 for a counterfeit 1776 silver coin?
A counterfeit coin or copy is not a token! A tokin is a coin that was not minted by a Government, US or overseas... not a counterfiet copy of what was a real coin.
If you look at his new feedback, he refuses to refund a counterfeit coin, then if you look at the feedback of the bidder who complained... WOW, the retaliatory negative is overwhelming!
It’s really sad, it seems that Ebay just enjoys too much profit from this sellers auctions to want to stop him… and the new Ebay/ANA get-together apparently is having no effect…. And all this HURTS the hobby, and the value of our collections!

<< <i>Why eBay does not remove him is a mystery to me. >>
EBay would lose the big fees they gain from his frauds.
Thus I doubt ebay would care much in this case.
The seller is playing on the buyer's greed by acting like the seller doesn't know what it is.
Heck, I'll only buy Trade dollar at a coin show or at a coin dealer's shop.
The huge number of fakes on Ebay make it just about impossible to buy them there.

My thoughts exactly. The buyers in these auctions are often as greedy as the seller (not that we should forgive the seller).
The BIG question is .... why is't there a way to report him or her to the ANA, then the ANA should look at a pull these auctions.
Plus it sucks the all these single coins are in coin collections.... that makes it hard to look or collections of coins... errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I see you joined up over here too!
Girl, you are on the rampage!
Actually, you would make a good coin cop! You are right about the 1776 silver coin, that appears to be a pre Hobby Protection Act one... and you are right about the token description too.
Gimme a buzz some time... I am close to getting a second set of rainbows again, I think they are in PCGS or NGC holders, I haven't seen them yet but, there are loose ones and slabbed ones in FLA, same dude I got the last batch of goodies from and your seated dimes.
Later girl,
Anthony
