I know lighting can play funny tricks but it sure looks like a DDR to me. The A in America looks doubled for sure.

Here's one you won't see every day, a 1932-D Lincoln cent with a tapered planchet, about 10% light (weighs 2.7 grams vs a normal weightof 3.0 grams). Errors of any sort on Denver Mint cents of the 1930s are (to quote a recent ebay auctioneer) rarer than hen's teeth.
