Do you rememeber this slab?

Is this a sample? What were they given out/produced for? The serial #1234567 is just like the normal PCGS green label slab samples. But the "specimen" I don't know about. No grade on the label. If they are samples do you know how many were produced?

I haven't seen this one. It might have been a sample...and it might have been a designation mis-print. Error slabs!?!?!? Send Miles an email. Maybe he knows something about it.
