I am new to this so if it is tampered with what did they do?

When a coin is not in a premier third party holder and the owner says it may have been whizzed

and color enhanced, please believe them and act accordingly. These things are hard to tell from a picture.

Possible means probable.

Seller says it looks whizzed, which is like polishing. Someone buffed the coin with a soft cloth on a buffing machine.

According to the seller anyways. Don't see a reason why NOT to believe the seller.

Well the seller said it was questionable, in her other auctions she stated if the coin was in fact cleaned or whizzed.

From the photos, it has the look of a whizzed coin. The fact that the seller says it may be whizzed should be all you really need to know. Pass.

Luster is off, so I'd agree with whizzing.

The color has definitely been "enhanced." I don't like the shiney spot that runs from 12 to 6 on the obverse and the similar one on the reverse. It has the look of whizzing. I think that this coin looks better in the picture than it does in real life.
